I’m the Founder and Editor of Dat Voice Caribbean, based in St. Kitts & Nevis. I created this platform because too many people across our region are still treated like exceptions—at work, in school, in public services, and in everyday community life and so the real barriers—attitudes, inaccessible systems, and missed opportunities—stay in place.
My focus is inclusive employment, accessibility, and disability rights. I bring together lived experience, practical guidance, and real Caribbean stories to help employers, public agencies, donors, and community partners move from good intentions to measurable inclusion—where dignity is the baseline and access is the standard.
I’m affiliated with the St. Kitts-Nevis Association of Persons with Disabilities (SKNAPD) and the McKnight Community Center, where I support training, advocacy, and community-led initiatives that expand opportunity. Through Dat Voice Caribbean, my goal is simple: real talk, real stories, and practical steps that move us toward radical inclusion. If you’re a partner interested in supporting disability justice in a way that is credible, practical, and people centered, I welcome the conversation.
