Share only the details you are comfortable sending. Please avoid including private information about other people. You can ask for an initial conversation without sending your full story.

We will ask for your permission before publishing a submitted story or using your name, photograph or words on the programme or website. Sending an enquiry is not permission to publish it.

Accessible participation

You can tell us your preferred way to communicate or any arrangements that would help you participate. You do not need to provide a diagnosis to start the conversation.
